My career in the beauty industry, while fulfilling in its own way, no longer aligned with the deep desire I had to be present for Jax and build something truly meaningful.
I knew I wanted to stay home, to nurture him, but also to create something that empowered other women.
Fitness had always been a part of my life, but after Jax, it became a lifeline.
My body had gone through an incredible transformation during pregnancy, carrying over 60 extra pounds.
The recovery felt like climbing a mountain.
Yet, deep down, I knew that for Jax and for myself, I needed to reclaim my strength – not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
