My Postpartum Fitness Journey: Rebuilding Strength, Confidence, and Purpose
The day my son Jax was born, everything changed.
At 32, I became a single mom and knew I wanted to build a life that allowed me to be present for him while creating something meaningful to help other women.
After gaining over 60 pounds during pregnancy, rebuilding my strength felt overwhelming.
Through fitness, I reclaimed my body, confidence, and mental strength Ā a journey that ultimately inspired me to help other moms do the same.
From Being Coached to Becoming a Coach
I found inspiration in other mothers who had rebuilt their strength after postpartum, and their resilience pushed me to do the same.
I hired a coach and committed to the process, even while navigating the ups and downs of new motherhood and building a life for my son and me on my own.
That journey sparked something powerful in me.
